ご入学手続きの流れ（About admission procedures）

バンタンの入学までは以下の流れで進みます。

The admission procedure is as follows:

①【合格から約1ヶ月後（Approximately one month after passing）】

1回目の学費納入（1年分を一括か二分割かを選べます）

First tuition payment (you can choose to pay the entire year in one lump sum or in two installments)

②【12月初旬（Early December）】

2回目の学費納入　※1

You will be required to make a second tuition payment.

③【1月（January）】

開講案内（入学式等のお知らせ）LINE送付

Course information (notice of entrance ceremony, etc.) sent via LINE

④【2月（February）】

教材購入　※2

Purchase of designated teaching materials

⑤【4月（April）】

ご入学

Enrollment

1 二分割で納入いただいている方のみ（Only available to those who have paid in two installments）
2 教材費・購入方法は開講案内に記載します。すべての方にご購入いただいています。（The cost and purchase method of materials will be stated in the course information. All students are required to purchase materials.）

ビザ手続きについて（How to apply for a visa）

①日本在住者向け・留学ビザ更新手続きについて（For those living in Japan: Student Visa Renewal Procedures）

◆更新時期/Update time◆

バンタンへの入学手続き後に在留期間更新許可申請を行い、更新します。

現在の在留期限の3ヶ月前から申請ができます。

3が月前になったら、バンタンから所属機関記入欄を入力した在留期間更新許可申請書のデータをLINEで送ります。

After completing the enrollment procedures at Vantan, you will apply for and renew your period of stay.
Applications can be made up to three months before the expiration of your current period of stay.
Three months before the expiration of your period of stay, Vantan will send you a LINE message with the application form for period of stay extension completed with the affiliated institution section filled in.

◆更新場所/Update location◆

入国管理局にて更新いただきます。

Please renew it at the Immigration Bureau.

◆更新する人/person updating◆

ご自身で更新手続きを行ってください。わからないことがあればサポートします。

Please carry out the renewal procedure yourself. We will support you if you have any questions.

◆必要なもの／What you need to update◆

その他書類については、バンタンは以下に該当します。下記を参考に必要書類を準備してください。

Regarding other documents, Vantan applies as follows. Please refer to the following to prepare the necessary documents.

（２）専修学校、各種学校、設備及び編制に関して各種学校に準ずる機関（告示日本語教育機関及び認定日本語教育機関を除く。）
a. 適正校（クラスⅠ）である旨の通知を受けた機関

また、すでに日本で別の専門学校や大学に通っている方は「進学理由書」も合わせて提出してください。

形式は自由で、再度専門校に通いたい理由を記載してください。

If you are already attending another vocational school or university in Japan, please also submit a “Reasons for continuing your studies.”
There is no format, just write down the reasons why you want to attend a vocational school again.

②日本以外の自国在住者向け・留学ビザ取得手続きについて（For those who live outside of Japan: Procedures for obtaining a student visa）

◆更新時期/Update time◆

バンタンへの入学手続き後に在留資格認定証明書交付申請を行い、取得します。

年によって変わりますが、例年11月から受付開始となります。

申請～承認までに3ヶ月かかる場合もあるので、早めに手続開始をしましょう。

After completing the enrollment procedures at Vantan, you will apply for and obtain a Certificate of Eligibility.
This varies from year to year, but applications usually begin in November.
It can take up to three months from application to approval, so it’s best to start the process early.

日本の入国管理局および自国の日本大使館など

Japanese Immigration Bureau and Japanese Embassy in your country

◆更新する人/person updating◆

日本にいない方はバンタン職員が代理人となり申請を行います。

If you are not in Japan, a Vantan staff member will apply on your behalf.

◆在留資格認定後のビザ取得手続きの流れ／Visa acquisition procedure after approval of residence status◆

以下の手続きはご自身で行って頂く必要があります。

You will need to carry out the following procedures yourself.

①バンタンから在留資格認定証明書をLINEかメールで送付します。　

Vantan will send you the Certificate of Eligibility via LINE or email.

②外国にある日本大使館に査証申請・発給。

各国の日本大使館の所在地はこちらのページをご参照ください。

Apply for and receive a visa from a Japanese embassy abroad.

Please refer to this page for the locations of Japanese embassies in each country.

③日本の空港で証明書提出・上陸許可申請・押印貼付

Submit the certificate at the airport in Japan, apply for landing permission, and affix a seal.

④活動（出席）開始

Q.海外から送金したい場合どうすればいいですか？/Q.What should I do if I want to send money from overseas?

A.海外から送金いただく用の口座があります。LINEにてお送りいたします。

A. We have an account for sending money from overseas. We will send it to you via LINE.

Q.留学生でも授業についていけますか？/Q. Can international students keep up with the classes?

A.バンタンゲームアカデミーは少人数制で授業を実施しているため、比較的授業も受けていただきやすいです。心配でしたら体験授業やプレスクールを活用してください。

A. Since the classes at Vantan Game Academy are small, it is relatively easy to attend classes. If you are worried, please take advantage of our trial lessons or preschool.

Q.ビザ更新ができるか心配です/Q. I am worried about whether I can renew my visa.
